A lot of these plantings were back in 2015 and quite dramatic growth now !

A lot of rain during January this year and already February a bit dry but March now had some good rain again. Everything is so green at present & mowing madly doing weed control. Heaps to do everywhere but have had huge help with Green Army last year!  Mulching and  weeds they got stuck in and removed so many big Cactus (prickly pear plants).  Currently planting more Casuarinas, trying to propagate cuttings, geranium, Plane tree, Honey Myrtle, Hibiscus, and others. Have ordered more Callistemon, Hakea, and Sugar Gums, but not here yet.  I,m hoping it will keep raining top give the new plantings a good start.

LOVE MY BRIGALOW, THEY DO WELL HERE.

OUR DRIVEWAY NOW - CASUARINAS & PEPPERCORNS! I grew up with Peppercorns and they are a medicinal tree for horses! The peppercorns relieve arthritis, and horses do self medicate if given the opportunity.

RAIN IS MAGIC !

You can water all you like but the magic ingedient is rain! rain! and more rain! Two years of growth is pretty dramatic here looking up the hill at our western boundary!

One of my fat girls in the front paddock! Now lush & green it has come back from bare dirt when we bought the place nearly ten years ago.

We got a real good clean up with our storm debris, local fieries came-we had a good day- big barbie and a few drinks! cleaned up a lot of the mess.

ONE OF OUR BEAUTIFUL LITTLE BIRD FAMILIES! THESE TWO BUILT A GREAT LITTLE NEST RIGHT NEAR THE KITCHEN WINDOW! Sandy captured these shots with great patience !

OUR FAMOUS "TORNADO TANK" EVERYONE SIGNED IT DURING THE FESTIVAL! IT WILL LIVE HERE NOW AS A REMINDER. A 5000 GAL TANK JUST DROPPING OUT OF THE SKY!

This seems like a bad dream now- this spot is all spiffy- our Blacksmith Shop- and no sign of our Tornado- still have some of the tank ! near our Fairy Forest!
